I am a manager at Chick-Fil-A and I was extremely pleased with the work Jim and Jeff did for my restaurant. We had multiple drains that backed up in the store and we needed a reliable plumber to find the source of the problem and fix it quickly and efficiently. Clay County Master Plumbers did that and more. They found a broken drain cover that had clogged our drains and flushed out our drain lines. Jim also gave us some simple cleaning instructions that kept our drain lines from getting clogged. They also helped us repair a few faucets and urinals even though we called them around midnight. They were very polite and extremely helpful. It has been about a year and we haven't had any problems yet, and in fact we have seen improvements thanks to their instructions. Thank you!

The best way I can describe working with Jim Pelky and his crew at Clay County Master Plumbers is like having good neighbors over to help with a project. I have called on Jim several times for everything from a leaking pipe to a major remodeling, and always he has been professional pleasant, punctual, and skillful. ... I want to thank Robert, Jeff, and John for working hard, being thoughtful, and pleasant for the length of the remodeling job. I would be remiss if I didn't also acknowledge Todd Lockwood of Beaches Electrical Service for his skill and patience to get the lighting in our new bathroom just right. If you have anything from a simple leak to a major job, Jim is the go to guy.

I just wanted to tell you about an experience I had today and thank you for hiring such amazing people to represent your company!! I was sitting in a parking lot in Middleburg (by the Ace Hardware) for 2 hours with a flat tire, with my 16 yr old daughter. I was unable to get in touch with anyone to pick us up or help us and my husband couldn't come because we only have one vehicle right now. For TWO very long hours men drove by us and looked at us like 'boy, that sucks' but not even slowed down. I got out and tried to work on it with no luck - still just being looked at by people passing by UNTIL... Clyde and John (the owner Jim's son - what a sweetheart he is!!) saw us. Clyde pulled up and asked if we had someone coming to help us. I told him now - almost in tears - and he asked if I had a spare. I told him I did and he said, "Hey, we'll change it for you, no problem!!" They were AMAZING!! We talked and laughed while they changed the tire. I gave them both a hug and we were safely on our way. I can NOT tell you how very much I appreciated that. When I need plumbing work done I will never call anyone else and will let all my friends know as well. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I met Jim because I won the bid on the Extreme Home Makeover Plumbing Service. Jim and Harold are prompt, reliable, and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. They did a great job putting in a new water heater and replacing the toilet and shower in my main bathroom. I felt like I had my own Extreme Home Makeover. I will definitely use them again.

For my plumbing stoppage I called Clay County Master Plumbing. Although the company was very busy they were at my house in less than 3 hours. I worked in the plumbing business for over 11 years. I ran the service department 3 years of that employment, which means I have a lot of experience in the customer service that should be expected by clients. I can attest that Jim provided me kind and professional service. Also, before leaving Jim gave me excellent advice in how to contact the county to check for problems at the main connection where Jim located the stoppage. When the county was on site they were kind enough to run there camera through the pipe line confirming Jim had done a great job and located a crack in the line, that in time would soon cause me future problems from tree roots. From now on Clay County Master Plumbing is the company for me. Thank you so much Jim for your experience, advice and very fair pricing in solving my problem in such a timely manor.

They came to my home twice. The first time he repaired my toilets that would not flush right. He came a second time and installed all the plumbing in a newly remodeled bathroom. The service turned out great. I liked them and if I needed a plumber again, I would definitely call them.

Had drain problems under the concrete slab. Re-piped kitchen sink and laundry room. Outside and underground around driveway, under driveway and into existing drain. Repaired the drain pipe before city sewer. Repaired clean out pipe and put a ground box in. Ran new water line into house. Fixed all connections outside to protect pipes and put shutoff in the ground with a new box. Fixed a lot of items he saw inside. Was very pleased with this. Also ran new water lines in the laundry and kitchen for future usage. Cleaned drains used his camera in the pipes looking for problems. Very Satisfied.
